Certification & Quality Assurance

Yuhong manufactures food grade cling film in its own production facility and maintains batch-level traceability from resin lot to finished roll. We hold ISO 9001 certification. Food grade batches are tested by SGS against FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and EU Regulation 10/2011 where required. Full test reports are kept on file and can be sent with shipments. Raw material virginity is checked before production starts. Only top-grade LLDPE resin is used. In-process checks cover thickness uniformity (target ±0.5μm), cling force measurement, and food contact simulation. Each roll carries a batch number linking back to production date, machine line, and resin lot.

A: Yes. Up to 3 standard rolls free. You cover the courier cost, or we use your DHL account. For jumbo roll specs we charge a small fee to cover material.

Q: What's your MOQ for custom printed boxes?

A: 5,000 rolls per design for printed boxes. Plain boxes we can do 1,000 rolls.

Q: How long is shelf life?

A: 24 months stored in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Q: What thickness should I choose?

A: 8–10μm works for household and light wrapping. 12–15μm suits supermarket pre-pack and automated lines. Tell us your application and we'll recommend the right spec.

Q: Do you provide test reports and certifications?

A: Yes. SGS food contact reports, ISO 9001 certificate, and material declarations are available. We send them with your shipment or in advance upon request.

Q: How are orders documented and shipped?

A: We handle CO, FORM E, and other certificates based on what your destination country asks for. All shipments go out on heat-treated pallets meeting ISPM 15 rules.
