Longitudinal tensile strength stays above 9N, and elongation at break sits over 380% — close to our virgin cast hand film. Q: Is the 30% post-consumer cast hand film as strong as regular virgin hand stretch film?
A: For standard light and medium pallet loads, performance is very close. Tensile strength and elongation are only slightly lower than our virgin equivalent. For very heavy or sharp-edged loads, we’d recommend a slightly thicker gauge to compensate.
Q: Can you adjust the PCR percentage higher or lower?
A: We can tweak the ratio within a reasonable range for bulk orders. 30% is our standard, well-balanced option. Higher ratios are possible, but will come with some tradeoff in performance and cost.
Q: Do you have GRS certification for this product?
