It starts with blending. We weigh out virgin LLDPE, black color masterbatch and certified PCR resin by exact, fixed ratios — that’s how we keep color and performance on target, batch after batch. The mix then feeds into our cast extrusion line, where it melts and forms a smooth, even film web. Inline thickness and color sensors run nonstop through this step, so we catch uneven tint or gauge swings early before they turn into a full batch issue.

After that comes precision slitting. We cut the large mother roll down to your exact roll width, with clean, straight edges on every cut.
