Yuhong Embossed PE Film is produced in a 3,000 m² facility in Xiamen by Xiamen Yuhong Plastic Products Co., Ltd. Packaging Procedure

1. Arrange cartons or goods on the pallet in a stable pattern.
2. Anchor the film end to the pallet base or bottom corner.
3. Wrap upward in a spiral, keeping the embossed side against the load.
4. Apply additional layers at the pallet mid-height and top edge.
5. Cut the film and press the tail against the wrapped layers.

Rolls should be stored in original packaging in a dry place at 5–30°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity before use. Shelf life under proper storage is 12 to 18 months.

1. What makes the film anti-slip without adhesive?

The anti-slip property comes from a micro-embossed pattern applied to one side of the film during extrusion. The raised texture increases friction between film layers and against cardboard or other packaging surfaces. No glue or chemical coating is used.

2. Does the texture weaken the film or cause machine problems?

No. The embossing only affects the surface. The base film retains its tensile strength and elongation. Machine runnability is checked on automatic wrappers during batch inspection, and the clear embossed PE film unwinds evenly without blocking or jamming.

3. Can barcodes still be read through the embossed film?

Yes. The grip embossed PE wrap is transparent with haze below 12%. The fine pattern does not create visual distortion. Internal tests with standard laser and CCD scanners achieved 100% reading accuracy on wrapped cartons.

4. Will the pattern wear off after repeated stretching?

The pattern is formed into the film structure, not printed or coated. In repeated stretch tests to 100% elongation, the texture remained visible and continued to provide friction. Under normal handling conditions, it does not degrade.

5. Is this film suitable for cold storage or refrigerated transport?

Yes. The embossed PE film performs in cold environments because the anti-slip mechanism is mechanical rather than chemical. No adhesive means no loss of tack at low temperature. For freezer applications, Yuhong also offers a cold-resistant formulation if needed.

6. What customization options are available?

Width, thickness, core size, roll length, and packing method can be adjusted. Printing on core or carton is possible for brand identification. Custom embossing depth may also be discussed for specific load requirements.
