The ISO 9001:2015 certificate confirms that the company's quality management system covers product design, production control, and testing. External audits are conducted annually to verify that procedures remain consistent with standard requirements.

The EU RoHS report from SGS tests for restricted substances, including lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers. These substances are commonly regulated in packaging and electronic-related products. The RoHS report provides evidence that Yuhong's films meet the applicable limits.

The SOI performance certification from GALAB Laboratories in Germany evaluates a broader set of physical and chemical properties. This includes tensile strength, elongation, surface characteristics, and aging behavior under defined test conditions. Product Line Structure: General Purpose and Specialty Films

Yuhong Plastics organizes its film products into two groups. General purpose films are produced for high-volume wrapping operations, while specialty films address specific environmental or handling conditions.

General Purpose Stretch Films

General purpose films include hand stretch film and machine stretch film. These are used in logistics warehousing, industrial parts packaging, e-commerce fulfilment, and other applications where pallet loads need to be stabilized for storage or transport. Standard thicknesses range from 12 μm to 23 μm, with widths commonly available from 350 mm to 500 mm. Core sizes of 2 inch and 3 inch are supported.

The main performance characteristics of general purpose films include balanced stretch, consistent cling, and good puncture resistance. They are designed to run reliably on both manual dispensers and automatic wrappers. Batch-to-batch consistency is managed through online thickness monitoring and finished roll inspection.

Specialty Stretch Films

Specialty films are produced for conditions where standard films may not perform adequately. The current range includes:

Each specialty film is formulated with a specific resin and additive package. Production parameters are adjusted per variant, and key functional properties are verified through batch testing. For example, recycled content films are tested for tensile strength and elongation to ensure they meet the same mechanical standards as general purpose films. Low-temperature films are checked in a cold chamber to confirm flexibility at the stated temperature range.

Quality Control and Traceability

All films are produced under the same ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Incoming resin is inspected for purity and melt flow. During extrusion, thickness is monitored continuously, and any deviation outside the tolerance band triggers an alert. Finished rolls are checked for winding tension, edge alignment, and surface defects before packing.

For export orders, Yuhong's foreign trade department prepares necessary documentation, including certificates of origin, compliance reports, and packing lists. Shipment photographs can be provided for customer records. The company also supports both FOB and DDP terms depending on the destination and customer preference.
