Yuhong produces Resealable BOPP film and Peelable lidding film in its own Xiamen factory, covering extrusion, coating modification, slitting and winding processes without outsourcing. The film is compatible with automated high-speed packaging equipment and supports both small-batch trial production and large-volume supply. After sealing, the film provides reliable closure. When opened, it can be peeled cleanly without tearing or fraying, and the heat-seal layer is formulated to reduce adhesive residue and debris, keeping the packaged product clean.
The BOPP base material has good rigidity, tensile strength and puncture resistance, with uniform thickness. The thickness deviation of the entire roll is within a reasonable range. After packaging, the internal products can still be clearly seen. At the same time, we support printing processing, which can meet the display requirements of the outer packaging.
The Easy peel BOPP film has been tested under cold and hot cycle conditions. In normal storage and short-distance cold chain transport, the peel force remains within the specified range without seal failure or difficulty in opening. The film also maintains stable heat-sealing and peeling performance under high-humidity storage conditions.

From incoming raw materials (IQC), in-process production (IPQC), finished product inspection (FQC) to outgoing inspection (OQC), each batch is checked for heat-sealing strength, peel force, thickness uniformity, tensile performance, haze and gloss. Inspection records are retained for batch traceability.
Blown film extrusion, coating modification, online thickness monitoring, automatic winding and precision cutting are all completed in Yuhong's 3,000 m² Xiamen workshop. The facility has a technical team of over 50 people and an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons, supporting both large orders and small-batch trials.
Products are supported by ISO 9001 quality management system, RoHS testing by SGS, and performance testing by GALAB laboratory. Material safety compliance documents can be provided for customer review.
Export business is handled by Yuhong's dedicated foreign trade subsidiary, which manages export contracts, invoicing and payment collection. Trade terms such as FOB and DDP are supported. Products are sold to domestic, Southeast Asian, European and North American markets.
Samples of Peelable BOPP Film are available for on-machine testing to verify compatibility before formal ordering. Customized products require confirmation of technical parameters; some special formulations have a sample-making cycle and minimum order quantity. Packaging uses moisture-proof paper tubes and outer packaging suitable for long-distance sea transport.

Under recommended storage conditions (dry, dark, normal temperature), peelability remains stable within the shelf life. High temperature and direct sunlight should be avoided.
